Residential building
Comprised of ground floor with retail spaces + 2 floors for private car parking + 5 floors for residential apartments.
Located in Zayed City "Madinat Zayed" - Abu Dhabi - UAE

The treatment of the facade was designed to resemble a great wave due to the special location of the building which is placed at the corner of two main axes roads in this city, welcoming the tides of movement created by these roads which in turns highlight the building and fits perfectly withen its urban texture

Project was designed as JV work with SEC - Shaheen Engineering Consultancy
